All Peporium sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Shipping addresses and delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order. Peporium is not responsible for delays, loss, misdelivery, or delivery to an unintended location caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied with the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Research-use products

Products are sold exclusively for laboratory research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
